Selected logos & symbols

Before drawing anything I go through the industry the client sits in, and then through the client's own history: how they have positioned themselves and what they have looked like until now. The mark comes out of that rather than out of a blank page. Some of the marks here were drawn ten years ago or more and they still hold up. That is the argument for starting from the industry and the client's own history rather than from whatever a logo is supposed to look like this year.
